Happy (almost) Summer from Hunter Online Weekly!

Welcome to Hunter Online Weekly's third and final issue for the 2008-2009 school year.

Monday is the last day of classes for the 2008-2009 school year and will be a half day. Classes will take place in a shorter format (the schedule can be found here http://www.hchs.hunter.cuny.edu/
. Finals will take place from Tuesday, June 16th through Wednesday, June 24th. Commencement will take place on June 25th for our seniors. Congratulations to the class of 2009!

Since everyone is working on wrapping up a successful school year, this is a short issue. Events are listed in chronological order.

EVENTS:

Senior Tea
A celebration for the class of 2009 hosted by the faculty of HCHS.
3:15 pm in the cafeteria.

Honors and Awards
Awards presented to members of the class of 2009.
5pm in the auditorium.

7th Grade Family Picnic

To welcome the incoming 7th graders and congratulate the outgoing 7th graders
Monday, June 15
6:00-8:00 p.m.
Hunter Courtyard
All students, parents and siblings of Classes 2014 and 2015 invited.
Bring dinner for your own family and desserts to share.
Rain location: Hunter cafeteria

Commencement
Thursday, June 25th at 5pm
Hunter College Assembly Hall (69th between Park and Lexington)
Tickets required.

PLEASE NOTE - the PTA volunteer party has been postponed until the fall.
